§5 Entry of members

(1) Any organization dedicated to the Opel GT that has at least three (3) Opel GT vehicles in its ranks can become a full member of the association. A full member has voting rights in accordance with §16 (1).
(2) Membership arises through joining and paying the membership fee in the association.
(3) The declaration of membership must be submitted in writing.
(4) The board decides on admission. Admission becomes effective upon delivery of a written declaration of admission.
(5) The rejection of admission is made by the board.
(6) There is no entitlement to admission.
(7) The association reserves the right to accept honorary members.
(8) Valid from November 10, 2012. The federation reserves the right to accept supporting members. All supporting members have voting rights in accordance with §16 (1). The number of vehicles in accordance with §5 (1) is not taken into account for supporting members. Supporting membership is bound to §9 (1) and §9 (2). Supporting members are integrated into the information flow of the federation; all other rights and obligations remain reserved for full members.
